Website Question Answerer
Sits on your site and answers questions from your own pages, then points visitors to the right one.
Online Presence · AI Assistant
You are with a patient, a class, a crew or a client. Meanwhile someone is asking a question or trying to book time. Your assistant handles the routine and hands you everything that needs you.
Three Jobs
We build the assistant around the tasks that cost you the most time and the most missed opportunities.
It answers the questions you answer every week: fees, availability, how to prepare, where you are, what you do and do not take on. It uses wording you have approved.
It checks your calendar, offers a few times, confirms the one the visitor picks and sends reminders. Fewer back-and-forth emails and fewer no-shows.
Give it a talk, a paper, a chapter or a podcast episode. It drafts a newsletter, a few posts and a summary for you to edit and approve.
Examples

Acknowledges every message right away and tells people when to expect your personal reply.
Offers open times, books them and sends confirmations and reminders.
Turns your latest talk, article or case discussion into a newsletter draft in your tone.
Breaks one piece of work into a week of short posts for the channels you actually use.
Labels incoming mail as press, speaking, students, patients or spam, so the important messages come first.
You Stay in Control
Your name is your livelihood, so the assistant is built to be cautious. You decide what it may say, what it must never say and when it steps aside.
Talk It ThroughHow We Build It
Listen. We learn how you speak, what you are asked most and where time slips away.
Set up and test. We build the first version, connect your calendar and inbox and test it with realistic questions.
Review and adjust. You read real conversations, we tighten the rules and then it goes live.
FAQ
We train its tone on your own writing and approved answers, then you review real replies before it goes live. It will not be perfect on day one, and that is why the review step exists.
You decide. Most clients set it to answer logistics, such as hours, fees and how to book, and to hand anything personal or clinical straight to them.
It connects to common calendars such as Google Calendar. Tell us what you use and we will confirm before you commit.
Yes. We label it clearly. People are comfortable with an assistant when they know what it is, and you avoid any suggestion that you are hiding it.
We collect only what the assistant needs, explain it in your site’s privacy notice and set it up so that it does not ask for sensitive details. We cannot make it suitable for regulated records, so tell us early if your field has strict rules.
A first version is usually ready to review within a few weeks. The time depends on how much approved material you can supply.
