You acknowledge and agree that SDTechnologist must have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. An activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that SDTechnologist. May access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good-faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is necessary to
protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SDTechnologist its users and the public.
(a) Definition. SDTechnologist Service is an online service where individuals or organizations registered with the SDTechnologist as clients (each, “Client”) can submit specific assignments and project descriptions, including image samples or other media (each, “Creative Brief”), review those Summary Creates (each, “Summary for Review”) and get answers (each, “Response”) from those Creative or Review Shortcuts from design experts kept by the SDTechnologist (“Members”). SDTechnologist will provide you, as a Client, with the Service according to the package you have selected as described in section 1 (e) below. Your responses will be created with a draft cycle of Creating Summaries, Review Summaries, and Responses, which will result in a final response that fits your various Creative and Review briefs.
(b)Art and answers. You are responsible for the preparation and submission of detailed descriptions of your Creative Briefs on the Website, including the provision of samples showing your Creative Brief and any relevant deadlines. For each Creative Brief answer you want to receive, a term sheet (“Term Sheet”) will be made that will contain, and under, the requirements for Creating or Brief Review. SDTechnologist is not responsible for reviewing Creative or Revision Brief or Conditions Sheet for any purpose, including accuracy, completeness of information, quality or clarity. The SDTechnologist may decide, at its sole discretion, to reject Creative or Revision Brief or Time Sheet. (b) Art and answers. You are responsible for the preparation and submission of detailed descriptions of your Creative Briefs on the Website, including the provision of samples showing your Creative Brief and any relevant deadlines. For each Creative Brief answer you want to receive, a term sheet (“Term Sheet”) will be made that will contain, and under, the requirements for Creating or Brief Review. SDTechnologist is not responsible for reviewing Creative or Revision Brief or Conditions Sheet for any purpose, including accuracy, completeness of information, quality or clarity. The SDTechnologist may decide, at its sole discretion, to reject Creative or Revision Brief or Time Sheet.
(c)Review Answers. When the SDTechnologist gives you an Answer, you are responsible for testing the Answer. If you fail to immediately notify the SDTechnologist that the Response does not respond in the related Term Sheet or Creative Brief, you will be deemed to have received a Response. If you notify the SDTechnologist that you think the Response is not responding to the related Creative Brief, you will be posting on the Revision Brief Website that contains information about amendments or modifications to the original Response. After providing the SDTechnologist with the Revision Brief, the SDTechnologist will provide you with the following Response to the more terms you have requested. SDTechnologist is not responsible for the content of Advanced Answers to the point where Answers are ready to submit to your Creative or Review Shortcuts.
(d)Review cycles. Update cycles contain more unlimited naming that includes the changes you are requesting in the Update Shortcut. The purpose of the review process is to create Responses that take your project forward in the way you have decided. You may request important changes in the first and second cycles, and the Responses generated may be completely different in nature from the original design you selected. With the third request for a review, your request will be a modification of the current form only. Review applications from the current form will be honored and completed as soon as possible, but; SDTechnologist reserves the right to charge $ 50 for each such review. No review activity, requiring payment, will be initiated without your authorization.
(e)Packages. You can select any of the Service Packages in their category of different packages whether Log Package, Web Package, Sales Package or Bespoke Web, Logo or Sales Package.
(f) Client Accounts. If you sign up for the Service, you must pay for the Service with a credit card or other payment method approved by SDTechnologist. You will be charged for the Package you selected and for the more products and services you selected as add-ons. If you pay by credit card, you will need to provide a valid credit card number and credit card payment address when you register as a Client. The SDTechnologist will email you a receipt for your activities.

(c)If you are not satisfied with the initial answers given by the SDTechnologist, the SDTechnologist will give you some initial ideas. But, there is no refund if your project achieves two logo changes or updates. You can apply for a refund by completing the refund request form, which will be provided upon request. In the event of a refund authorization, SDTechnologist will reimburse you for all payments made, reducing the service charge and processing 10% of the package amount.
(d) There are no refunds for any chasing service charges. 24-hour design costs and 24-hour acceleration changes are non-refundable.
(e)In the event of a refund authorization, the customer will receive a refund within 6-7 business days.
(f)We will not be happy or refund any orders if the customer remains unresponsive for 45 days, but the client can email us to hold the project if there is a personal problem. And even if the client i
